I see negative comments complaining about bugs, i stayed here lastnight overnight and other times as well. never seen any bugs, it was clean no burn holes on the bed sheets. cleaner than patchogue. front desk was friendly and i had a goodnight sleep. will be returning!

If you want a clean spacious room with the most affordable prices, and kind customer service than look no further. This my fourth time staying here and will be back. Amongst many other activities; you’re a skip jump and hop away from the serene beautiful Long Island Sound and just as close to the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. I just would want better wi fi. It’s an open Wi Fi with no password. Otherwise 5 stars!
It might not be much, but it exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Beautiful big bed, mini fridge, vanity sink, bathroom and shower. What more could you ask for with an overnight stay? Plus complimentary Donuts and coffee! :) We were very satisfied with our stay!
While the outside could use an update, the room was recent updated which surprised me. I was looking for an inexpensive place for a "passing through" one night stay and this was it. It's a value inn, not the marquee. Kind, clean, and easily accessible

It was in the cut quiet and clean the The young lady that works at night was awesome. She even helped me to investigate on some places. That I can move to where there's less sun being that I'm allergic to the Sun. They have very nice greetings. That compliment people and they even waited on me when I had a little disability. So it's great to have people who can just deal with anybody on any term. Please go to America's best value. They are nice to people. They are courteous and they even wake you up when you have to go somewhere and you wanna rush, so just check out. America's best value is in the cut. It's quiet and you can have time to manifest and pray. And take time out for yourself. Have a blessed day.
i had a clean room,clean bed. the staff was very nice. I always ask for a non smoking. It was nice to pay for non smoking and it was just that. The room did not smell nor did the air conditioner. i some times have to stay due to work, my same room is always available, i think that is very accommodating. the staff is very nice.. I would recommend this hotel.
